Prices on this site are in Australian (AUD) dollars and inclusive of GST.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are available on our website. Please note when pre-ordering you are purchasing a product that is not yet available.
Pre-order surfboards
Our pre-order surfboards are custom made to specifications you select when ordering a new board through this website, please ensure you are happy with your selections. You can also call to discuss the best options to help tailor your board to get you the best possible results.
Changes
You can contact us to request changes so long as the product is not yet in production, there may be limitations depending on the changes required and where the product is in the production cycle. i.e. if the board has only been shaped you maybe able to update your paint request. However you could not update the paint request after the board has been glassed.
Materials
At times some of the materials necessary to create our quality boards may become temporarily unavailable, if this happens we will en-devour to source equivalent quality materials, as such this can sometimes cause delays on you receiving your board as soon as we'd like.
We will work with you to get your board asap but in the event there is an extended delay we may offer a refund at our discretion as long as: the custom board hasn't started construction, and any materials ordered can be used in other projects.
Pre-order third party products
Other pre-order products may be displayed on our site approximately four weeks from being delivered to our shop, when the product arrives it will be shipped out to you as soon as possible.
By pre-purchasing a product you are agreeing to all the above conditions.

Stump Surf shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Stump Surf shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Any information provided by you to Stump Surf is protected by our Privacy Policy. You agree that any information provided by you can be used for the purpose for which it was intended, as well as contact from us with information relevant to your visit from time-to-time.

In no event shall Stump Surf be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damages (including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of information or programs or other data on your information handling system) that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the content, materials, and functions of the site or any linked website, even if Stump Surf is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
RETURNS
If you intend to return your product and/or accessory, please ensure you provide the original receipt to management. Failing to do so may hinder your opportunity to a proper resolution including, but not limited to, issuing an exchange, store credit or gift card.
Stump Surf is not obligated by law to issue you with a refund if you change your mind or purchase the wrong size.
